As we move through the festive season and prepare to approach 2026 we, as always, would like especially this year, to remember those less fortunate than ourselves. In keeping with our tradition, rather than spend money on cards, for our valued customers and suppliers we have once again purchased charitable gifts from the CAFOD World Gifts collection. This year we have chosen gifts relating to business and improving living standards, which include trees for life: providing skills to grow fruit for nourishment and sales, teaching someone to read and super soup kitchens – providing warm meals for the homeless. Additional business opportunities are provided by providing watering skills and equipment to deal with growing crops in drought conditions and beekeeping equipment to improve health and business opportunities. Home life is also improved by helping families to create their own vegetable patches. – Peter & Susan’s favourite this year is the vegetable gardens – They enjoy spending time with their 12yr old Granddaughter Grace whom is a keen outdoors type and has an allotment of her own!
