  • Do we offer international shipping?
    We do, but due to shipping restrictions on the web store, we are currently unable to accept international orders placed through the website. Please contact us on +44 (0) 1670 361 261, or by email at [email protected], to discuss your requirements.
  • Do we offer technical support?

  • Can I track my parcel?
    Generally, yes, but we can’t promise anything.  You will need to request a tracking number by emailing [email protected] Please include your order number and delivery address.
  • Where can I find the Terms & Conditions?
    Any enquires relating to terms & conditions, our privacy policy, or sales contract questions are all handled by management and can be requested by emailing [email protected] Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy downloads are not readily available on our website.
  • Do we offer guarantees & after-sales services?
    Yes, but only depending on the product. Extended guarantees are also available at an additional cost.   • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, if you placed your order online. You will need to contact our sales team during working business hours within 14 days of placing the order.  If the goods are already out for delivery, or you have already received the goods, then you, the customer, are responsible for returning the goods in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.  Steadlands are not liable for the return costs of cancelled goods.  Refunds will only take place once the goods have been received by Steadlands and in an acceptable saleable condition.   • What happens after I have placed my order online?
    Once your order is received and payment has been cleared the warehouse team will pick your items by hand and safely pack your items ready for shipping.  If you placed your order before 1pm on a working day it's likely you will receive your order the next working day.  This is subject to change, but if it does we will contact you by email or phone.  You can also contact us for further help with your order on +44 (0) 1670 361 261.
  • Can I review my account & order history?
    Yes of course, all you need to do is login into My Account. In there you will hopefully find what your looking for, if you don’t please contact us.  
  • Payment options
    Secure online payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.  Bank transfer is also available over the phone. For payments over the phone please call us on +44 (0) 1670 361 261, please have your order number or PO number handy.
