Yes, if you placed your order online. You will need to contact our sales team during working business hours within 14 days of placing the order. If the goods are already out for delivery, or you have already received the goods, then you, the customer, are responsible for returning the goods in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Steadlands are not liable for the return costs of cancelled goods. Refunds will only take place once the goods have been received by Steadlands and in an acceptable saleable condition.
