Description
The ePad Vision is the most advanced product in the ePad family. Like the ePad-Ink, this model has a screen, but unlike the older model, the screen is capable of displaying up to 64,000 colours. This makes it ideal for customer facing applications, where there is time between signings, since you can actually upload images direct to the ePad Vision itself, to use as advertising, or marketing messages. This makes the ePad Vision quite popular with charities who collect signatures, as they often sell the advertising space on the ePad Vision to a third, but related, party.
Along with the advances in colour and resolution, the ePad Vision has the ability to display a number of programming features – radial buttons, drop down menus, and so on, which allows you to develop your own software to take full advantage of the ePad Vision’s capabilities. It is even possible to create entire applications which take place almost entirely on the screen of the ePad Vision.

The ePad family of products is accompanied by a free software suite called IntegriSign, which contains plug-ins for Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, as well as software developer’s kits which allow a competent software engineer to integrate ePad functionality into your own software
Also available as a free download is a piece of software called pDoc Signer. This is a standalone application which can be used to open PDF documents, complete any forms they may contain, and sign the document, all without requiring a full version of Acrobat.
